CyberStuff
We will release a weekly video covering How-To’s, CyberSecurity and information on current issues. The videos will be available live in the portal as well as archived for those who can’t make the initial broadcast. Notifications will be sent to the subscribers before each broadcast.
HelpLine
On the HelpLine, we’ll address everyday questions related to cryptos and cybersecurity through chat and email. Questions like “What exchanges can I buy HBar on?” or “how do I get my Divi Wallet to sync?” or “how do I know my laptop is hardwired into my router?” or “how do I get on the Tor Network?” Our goal is to have an answer to you in 24 hours. (This is not computer technical support. We can point you in the right direction to get that straightened out.) This level will contain a knowledge center available as CyberQueries containing a section of Q&A and video content. You also have access to the CyberStuff videos – both live and archived.
